Defective Garments? Wrong sizes? No Problem!

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. We are completely committed to delivering the best value and highest quality to our customers. If our products have not met your expectations, kindly read on the following: We will accept returns only if the product(s) are defective or damaged, and under the following circumstances:

  • Fault in the fabric (tear, seam fray, etc)
  • You received the wrong sizes
  • Color differs from that ordered
  • You did not receive the designs you ordered.

Mistakes happen, and we try to avoid them as much as possible. Keep in mind, however, that if we screw up, mistakes can be amended.

Request for returns must be made within 24 hours of receipt by calling our offices directly. We require a complete explanation for the return, or a description of the defect or damage. We will provide you with a "Return Authorization Number" (RA#), and the return shipping address. Holy Cow Tees or Art Beat, Inc. will not be responsible for return postage. All returns reach us within 10 working days from the date the RA# is given. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
